In January of 2024, Harley-Davidson released a whole new breed of touring bikes. The Street Glide and the Road Glide are very different motorcycles. Anytime Harley-Davidson makes a change there is a delay in the aftermarket catching up and offering accessories. So, if you have recently purchased or are considering purchasing one of the all new Harley-Davidson touring bikes, you have probably asked, "Will this fit on my 2024 Harley-Davidson?"
In the world of motorcycles, Harley-Davidson dominates the market. Of course, they make money on motorcycles, but also on parts and accessories. It is one of the reasons they are so guarded with information prior to a major change. It gives them a head start on offering a host of accessories. The aftermarket manufacturers can not even start to develop new product or verify if their current products work until a new model is released to the public. This is the primary cause of confusion when it comes to checking part fitment. Often, there will be parts that fit your 2024 or newer model, but a manufacturer may not show that a part fits your bike, simply because they haven't tested it yet. As they test an confirm fitment, they will start to update the listings.
The good news is that most parts and accessories that fit on a 2017-2023 will fit and work on a new 2024 model. Of course, there are some obvious exceptions. Below is a quick reference of some of the most common accessories. You will notice the left column says "should work". Be sure you confirm fitment before ordering, as it is impossible to cover every manufacturer of aftermarket accessories in a general guide.
